Founded on July 26th, 2022, Codesight Global Solutions Pvt Ltd (CGS) was established by visionary founders, experts in diverse fields, with a mission to drive the growth of Startups and MSMEs through the power of software.

Growing the organization came with challenges among which resource was a major one. Our proactive approach to address this issue involved training freshers within our organization and turning them into skilled professionals. This allowed us to build a strong talent pool, facilitating in-house recruitment as well.

To expand further, we introduced a Free Training Program for College Students, which helped us establish our brand and attract more talented individuals. We also formed partnerships with emerging ventures to diversify our portfolio and strengthen our presence.
